The entire organisation shall focus on customer satisfaction by providing short response times, engaging in trust-creating dialogue, explaining company capabilities and complying with agreements and delivery times. RC Plast shall carry out goal-oriented product development and improvement projects on an ongoing basis in close cooperation with the parties involved.
The company shall seek to establish long-term relations with external business partners that ensure harmonised systems and uniform quality from raw material to end product.
Efforts shall continuously be made throughout the organisation to improve the effectiveness of our quality system and business procedures.
It shall be ensured that personnel possess the necessary expertise and the right motivation. Staff training, education and development requirements shall be assessed on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with overall objectives.

The following sub-objectives shall contribute to the fulfilment of overall objectives and policies:

• Ad hoc measurement of delivery time compliance shall be performed.
• Efficient complaints handling procedures shall ensure ongoing recording and analysis of the number of complaints and ad hoc measurement of response times.
• The number of ongoing quality improvement projects shall be recorded and acted upon. At least one quality improvement project shall be in progress at any time.
• Customer satisfaction surveys shall be performed at least every second year. The results of the surveys shall be analysed and compared.
• The goals to be focused on in the coming quarter shall be assessed at least once every three months.
